3D Photomation Pty Ltd. (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your data when you visit our website located at including any other media form, media channel, mobile website or software application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”) and use the various content, features, other materials, products and services (the “Services”). BY USING OR ACCESSING THE SITE AND/OR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE SITE OR SERVICES.


We may collect and use information about you in a variety of ways. Examples of the types of data we collect and use include: 

Non-Personally Identifiable Information.  Like most website operators, we gather from users of the Site information of the sort that web browsers, depending on their settings, may make available or that our servers automatically recognize when you access the Site or the Services. That information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system and browser type, and the locations of the websites you view right before arriving at, while navigating and immediately after leaving the Site. Such information is not personally identifiable, but it still may be possible for us to determine from an IP address your Internet service provider and the geographic location of your point of connectivity, as well as other statistical usage data. Personal and Financial Information.  At the time you fill in and submit a form, we may collect “Personal Information” about you, which is information that, without more, can be directly associated with a specific person. Personal Information may include your name, residential or business address, email address and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information). You may also include information about your interests, activities, gender, age, date of birth, username, hometown and other demographic or relevant information.

Email Communications.  We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding new products and services offered by the Site that we think you may find valuable. We may also send you product and service-related announcements from time to time. Generally, you may opt out of such emails by following the unsubscribe link in the email communications, though we reserve the right to continue to send you notices about the account and any products or services you have purchased.

General Use.  We use the Personal Information we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Site to: (1) deliver the products and services that you have requested; (2) manage your account and provide you with customer support; (3) communicate with you by email, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you either from us, our affiliates or other third parties; (4) develop and display content and advertising tailored to your interests on the Site and other sites; (5) resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems; (6) measure consumer interest in the Services; (7) inform you of updates; (8) customize your experience; (9) detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; (10) enforce our Terms of Use; and (11) do as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

We may use your financial information or payment method to process payment for any purchases made on the Site, enroll you in any discount, rebate, or other program in which you elect to participate, protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions and do as otherwise needed to manage our business.



If you submit info to our website, subscribe to one of our services or purchase one of our products, we may combine the information we already have about you. When you visit our Site, we may also combine information we already collected with other information we already have about you. We may also combine information about you that we learn from third parties. We may also combine information that we have collected offline with information we collect online.

Contests, Giveaways and Surveys.  From time to time, we may offer you the opportunity to participate in contests, giveaways and other promotions. Any information submitted in connection with such activities will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


We may disclose your Personal Information under the following circumstances:

By Law or to Protect Rights. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.

Marketing Communications.  We may email you about products and services that we believe may be of interest to you, and we also may provide your email information to our affiliates or third parties so that they may directly contact you about products and services. If you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing materials from us, you may do so by following the unsubscribe link in the email communications, or by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Similarly, to cease having your email information provided to third parties or our affiliates, you may do so by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Even after opting-out, you may continue to receive marketing emails from our affiliates or third parties to whom we have already provided your email information. You will be responsible for directly contacting such third parties to request cessation of further marketing emails.

Business Partners.  When you contact us, purchase our Products or Services, or engage in promotions offered through the Site, we may share your Personal Information with our business partners to offer you those products, services or promotions. When you contact us, make a purchase or engage in promotions offered through the Site, you authorize us to provide your email address and other Personal Information to our third party business partners.

Affiliates.  We may share some or all of your Personal Information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us. Such intercompany transfers may be to and from the United States and any other country in which we or our affiliates maintain facilities for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, as well as for storage, processing or other business use as permitted under this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Service Providers.  We may share your Personal Information, which may include your name and contact information (including email address) and credit card with our authorized service providers that perform certain services for or on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting the Site’s functionality and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features offered through the Site. We may also share your name, contact information and credit card information with our authorized service providers who process credit card payments. These service providers may have access to your Personal Information and/or financial information as needed to perform their functions, but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purpose.

Business Transfers and Bankruptcy.  We reserve the right to transfer all of your Personal Information in our possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of our assets. You acknowledge that any such transfers may occur, and that the successor organization or other transferee may decline to honor commitments made in this Privacy Policy.



Cookies. We use cookies on the Site. Cookies are small files that download when you access certain websites.  To learn more, visit here or here.  These pages also explain how you can manage and delete cookies.  We may use cookies on the Site to: (1) keep track of the Services you have used; (2) to recognize past visitors and customers; (3) record registration information regarding your login name and password; (4) record your user preferences; (5) keep you logged into the Site; (6) facilitate purchase procedures; and (7) to combine information we have collected about you from multiple sources. We also use cookies to track the pages that you visit during each session, both to help us improve your experience and to help us understand how the Site is being used. We analyze and disclose in aggregated form information gathered using cookies, so as to help us, our partners and others better understand how the Site and the Services are being used. Web Beacons.  We may use web beacons on the Site and in emails to count users who have visited particular pages and viewed emails, and to deliver co-branded services. Web beacons are also a technique we may use to compile aggregated statistics about usage of the Site. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information, including a cookie number, time and date of a page or email view and a description of the page or email on which the web beacon resides. You may not decline web beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or by modifying your web browser’s settings to notify you each time a cookie is tendered, permitting you to accept or decline cookies on an individual basis.

Analytics. We may also partner with selected third party vendors, such as Google Analytics, to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Site through the use of first party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie), including Google Analytics for Display Advertising and Google AdWords. If you do not want any information to be collected and used by Google Analytics, you can install a Google Analytics opt-out plugin  in your web browser, update your preferences in the Google Ads Settings page or use the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool.



The Site, our Products and Services may contain links to third party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services. However, once you have used these links to leave the Site, you should note that we neither own nor have any control over those third party websites or applications. Thus, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information provided to or gathered by the third parties that operate them. Before visiting any third party websites or using any third party applications, whether by means of a link on the Site, directly through the Site or otherwise, and before providing any Personal Information to any such third party, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website or application, and should take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your data.



We may disclose your Personal Information to overseas recipients in order to achieve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We are likely to disclose personal information to its related entities, third party contractors and service providers which are located overseas or may perform certain services overseas. For instance, a third-party service provider may utilise a server hosted overseas as a method to communicate with you for product enquiries. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that all Personal Information is handled in a manner that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, preferably as part of the services contract.



We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, theft, alteration or misuse.  However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. Any data disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized third parties. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your Personal Information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.



You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by going to your account settings or by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Upon your request, we will deactivate or delete your account and Personal Information from our active databases. Such Personal Information will be deactivated or deleted as soon as practicable based on your account activity and in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. We will retain in our files some of your Personal Information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal requirements as is permitted by law. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your Personal Information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests. Additionally, we keep a history of changed information to investigate suspected fraud with your account.



We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Version Date” of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification. We encourage you to regularly review this page for any changes to this Privacy Policy.



The Site is Not Intended for Children.

This Site is not created for children. We do not believe children are interested in this Site, and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and think we have information about your child who is under 13, please contact us.



Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
